3. AGENCY COLLABORATION AND LEGALITY
To ensure the legality of our operations, we collaborate with a receptive agency. All payments for the expeditions are handled directly through the agency. Customers will pay the receptive agency, and then WILDAURA will be compensated by the agency.
The receptive agency ensures the proper legal handling of bookings, including confirming all bookings, handling the payment process, and providing any necessary documentation related to travel insurance.
4. TERMS OF EXPEDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
The expeditions are organized by WILDAURA in collaboration with JEMA CONSULTING society as MANAVENTURA TAHITI, a local receptive agency. Clients must confirm that they are physically fit and capable of swimming. Snorkeling will be the main activity, and clients must meet the required physical standards for participation.

Minimum number of participants: The expedition will proceed only if there are at least 80% of spots available booked. If this condition is not met, the expedition may be canceled.

Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy will be based on specific dates, and after a certain date, no refunds will be provided. Detailed terms will be provided upon booking.
5. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
While WILDAURA takes all reasonable steps to ensure the safety and quality of the expeditions, it cannot be held liable for accidents or issues that may arise during the tours. Participants are responsible for their own safety and are required to follow all instructions provided by the guides.
6. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Mentions Légales and any related legal matters are governed by the laws of French Polynesia. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in French Polynesia.
